Home Made Low FODMAP Lasagne

We are often asked if lasagne is Low FODMAP. I’m sorry to say that lasagne is very definitely NOT low FODMAP.    But there is no reason why if you make it yourself that it can’t be lovely and healthy and low FODMAP. 

Danger Points

  • Lasagna pasta sheets - you'll need to buy or make gluten free
  • Garlic - use garlic infused oil
  • Onion - skip or use finely chopped spring onion greens
  • Béchamel sauce - you'll need to make gluten free
